Wire wrapped sieve tube

The wire wrapped sieve tube consists of a drilled base pipe, a filter sleeve, and an end ring. The base pipe is a petroleum casing that complies with API specifications; The filter sleeve is made by using trapezoidal wire, triangular wire or specially shaped winding wire to be welded onto a set of supporting wires (ribs) arranged in a circular manner through specialized equipment. The welding of wire winding and supporting ribs is a full process welding, which ensures the strict continuity and integrity of the product, forms controllable and precise gap sizes, and has the ability to withstand high pressure to the maximum extent. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, papermaking, chemical, natural gas, food, beer, and water well sand control.
Product Features:
- The small surface and large bottom gap openings make the gaps self-cleaning, ensuring smooth fluid filtration and providing assurance for improving production efficiency and extending the service life of the filter.
- The wire winding is connected to all supporting bars through full process welding, which is sturdy, durable, and has a longer working life cycle.
- The minimum width of the opening gap reaches 0.1mm, which can meet the needs of the vast majority of sand control work. With the same filtration accuracy, the flow area is higher.
- Different specifications and raw materials (mainly stainless steel and carbon steel) can be customized according to the actual needs of customers, ensuring reasonable investment and saving production costs; Non stainless steel products can form a protective layer through galvanizing treatment, with a beautiful and clean appearance.
